Our staff includes Official Industrial Property Agents accredited to the Portuguese Industrial Property Office (INPI), who have the necessary technical qualifications to carry out all services in this field.

We also have on our team European Trade Mark and Design Attorneys, who are professional representatives before Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and are qualified to represent clients in all Community trademark and design matters.

Our office is located in Lisbon and we provide services to Portuguese and foreign companies who wish to protect their industrial property rights in Portugal or in the European Union.

We also have a network of foreign associates for the protection of our clients’ rights outside Portugal.

We additionally offer services in the Portuguese-speaking African countries and in Macao.
